14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date for any of our individual courses or program bundles, provided that:

You have completed no more than 20% of the course content
The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase
The course was purchased directly through smartkitchenonlinecooking.com

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Items

Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
Live cohort sessions that have already commenced
Downloadable meal plans or recipe packs after download
Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
Promotional or heavily discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)

Exceptional Circumstances

We review all cases individually. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your course, or have a compelling personal circumstance, please reach out — we will do our best to find a fair solution, which may include a course extension, credit, or partial refund.
